Crimson Fall

Heridian Trilogy, Book 2

Two Heridian lords have fallen…

Xain and Draethus have slain the enemy, but the last machine lord has slipped away, leaving its brethren behind. The darkness festers, and these heroes cannot allow the monster to live. For this machine gathers forces. Unopposed, the slaughter unfathomable.

Leith Raeson, Xain’s father, has appeared with the Dawn Eclipse, the mysterious and ancient star vessel instrumental in the Heridian war. Standing between his execution and salvation, Leith promises hope, and a way to defeat the biomechanical Heridians. Xain must choose between revenge and victory over the enemy.

Meanwhile, on the world of Terris, Killiax Lasser is hunted by the cartel for reasons unknown. He suspects his new colleague is involved, a shady Scrounger with hidden motives. When an old hero emerges, the three team up against their pursuers, but another has answered the enemy’s call. Vapour Nolen, a cybernetically enhanced human and assassin for hire. The team are on the run, until they discover what the cartel’s leader, the Engine, has in its possession.

Hundreds of years in the past, Nexus Baal and his squad are abandoned, left to die. When the Soldiers of the Void intercept an anomalous signal emanating from a dense nebula, Squad Nexus investigates, but vanishes. To Nexus, survival is their only focus, but what they discover could alter the outcome of infinite conflicts.

A chaotic path, unknown.
A sacrifice of humanity certain.
Through ethereal threads, there will be blood.

Apocria

Heridian Trilogy, Book 3

Fast paced. In your face. A little weird.
A sci-fi space adventure...

Assassination:

The ghosts have ordered the death of Apocria, but no one speaks of its identity. If failed, Draethus and Xain will be cast back to Heridia, forever trapped. Yet Spectalin has been taken, a smear through a veil. A focus divided, the heroes hunt Apocria, and after an inexcusable action, the Cygnian Pirates hunt them.

A Scrounger’s treasure:

Scruff and Killiax set off with an unlikely crew on the hunt for an elusive Scrounger treasure, the Cleaner. Said to orbit the lost home system of their race’s birth, it holds an immense value in both financial and social stature. An old adversary stalks their wake, seeking vengeance. With a ship on the verge of decompression, what could go wrong?

Trapped and alone:

Amus Zekhal and his crew aboard the Dying Nova failed to reach the exit from Link space. Left behind and abandoned, they seek survival. Someone small and scaley is stalking its passageways. Will he offer salvation? Obey his masters and he just might. Fail their trials and the galaxy will fall…

A presence waits, haunts, and observes. Whispers echo empty passageways with false promises and menace.

What is Apocria?
